How we make it

From forest to pouch

  1. Picking

    Wild berries, picked from northern forests in their short season.

  2. Drying

    Dried gently at low temperature: freeze-dried or air-dried, depending on the berry.

  3. Packing

    Packed in Nurmijärvi, Finland, in resealable pouches.

Kylmä Co. was born from a simple, powerful thought: this incredible experience, this intensity found only in our Nordic berries, shouldn't be a secret kept by the forest. We became passionate about a single question: how could we capture that fleeting moment of Finnish summer and share it, without compromise?

We started Kylmä Co. because we believe that everyone deserves to taste something truly pure. We’re not just selling berries; we are sharing a piece of the Finnish soul—a taste of our quiet forests, our endless summer light, and our deep respect for nature.
